Valay Desai, DDS

Valay Desai, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist and the co-founder of DNTL Studio. Dr. Desai has been practicing dentistry since 2008 and is passionate about providing exceptional dental care to patients in the Upland, California, community, and using the latest technology to ensure all patients maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. 

Dr. Desai was born and raised in India. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Rajiv Gandhi University. Following his studies, Dr. Desai moved to Texas, where he completed his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2015.

After working in a community-based clinic for a year in San Antonio, Dr. Desai decided to move to Philadelphia, where he provided care in a private practice setting for many years. Over the years, he has honed his skills in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including dental implants, endodontics (root canal therapy), and full mouth reconstructions. 

In his free time, Dr. Desai enjoys traveling to new neighborhoods with his wife and trying different cuisines. He loves spending time with his family and going on hikes with their husky named Blu.
